- Go SDK callers: `ResponsesMCPApprovalResponse.ApprovalResponseID` renamed to `ApprovalRequestID`
- Message type changed to `mcp_approval_response`
- `ResponsesToolMessage.Error` and `ResponsesParameters.Conversation` are now union types instead of `*string`

Upgrade Notes
If upgrading the transport component, update Go SDK structs (`ResponsesMCPApprovalResponse`, `ResponsesToolMessage`) and handle union types for `Error` and `Conversation`. Configure routing-rule fallbacks with new `key_id` fields.
