What's New

Go client v0.5.2 implements AHP 0.5.2, adding typed resource methods and inbound server-request handling.

New Features

  • Typed resource* convenience methods on ahp.Client covering read, write, list, copy, delete, move, resolve, mkdir, request, and watch operations.
  • ResponsePartKindInputRequest for representing resolved input requests in response parts.
  • SetServerRequestHandler and SetResourceRequestHandlers for handling inbound server-initiated requests.
  • Optional Version field on PluginCustomization.
  • Optional Enabled flag on child customization types to toggle them independently of their container.

Improvements

  • Go client now implements the full AHP 0.5.2 spec, matching the Swift package functionality.
  • Inbound server-initiated requests are now answered instead of being silently dropped.
  • Meta provider metadata is exposed on every customization type via the shared customization base.
  • ToolResultTerminalCompleteContent support added for terminal-style completion metadata in tool results.

Bug Fixes

  • Inbound server-initiated requests that were previously dropped are now answered, returning MethodNotFound when no handler is installed.

Upgrade Notes

Install the new Go client version to gain typed resource methods and inbound server-request handling. If you previously relied on inbound server-initiated requests being silently dropped, install a ServerRequestHandler or expect MethodNotFound responses. No config migration is required for existing callers.
