A major, fully additive feature release of the CVE MCP Server that introduces a `triage_cve` orchestrator fanning out to NVD, EPSS, CISA KEV and PoC discovery in a single call. It also hardens scoring with a KEV hard override and versioned scoring, adds new data sources and MCP resources/prompts, and ships security and infrastructure improvements. All existing tools remain registered.
