- Added global non text filter removing all chars excepted some essential maths signs to minimize TTS hallucinations and long pauses
- Added onnxruntime-directml for piper TTS on windows with device CPU selected to take advantage of builtin GPU through directX
- Various cosmetic and minor fixes

IMPORTANT!! IF YOU UPDATE with "git pull" DELETE THE CONTENT OF ./tmp and ./run FOLDER BEFORE INSTALLING THIS VERSION.
after that if you stilll have errors on installation, remove Miniforge3 and scoop if possible (windows only) from your user root directory.
