Upgrade Notes
Storage connection leak fixes may require a system restart to clear state. Code relying on `exists()` returning `false` on failure must be updated to handle errors. Flows that relied on 'Update Items' or 'Delete Items' defaulting to all items should use `{'limit': -1}`.
