Upgrade Notes

Configure the new [hep].node_status_interval_secs setting to control heartbeat frequency. Expect new HEP Log chunks keyed by node ID and the metric siphon_ai_hep_node_events_total in Prometheus. Homer will display a per-node health timeline.
