- Chats: add opt-in `mark-read --receipts` through an independent network path, with bounded batches, safe unread boundaries, sync delegation, and privacy-aware outcome reporting. Thanks @zarmat99 and @Adi-A (#432, #433).
- Sync: preserve messages beyond replayed read boundaries, keep read counts monotonic, resolve same-second boundaries by message ID, and exclude system events, reactions, and revocations from new unread counts. Thanks @zarmat99 (#435).
