v0.13.6

FreeLLMAPI v0.13.6 fixes in-app updates behind a proxy and adds the Typhoon provider.

## Updates

- **The desktop updater now uses your proxy.** Update checks and downloads go through the proxy set in the dashboard (or `PROXY_URL` / `HTTPS_PROXY`), just like the rest of the app. Behind a proxy, they previously failed with `net::ERR_ABORTED`. (#1432, #1433)

## Providers

- **Typhoon** chat and transcription adapter. (#1434)

## Updating

Desktop users on v0.13.5 can update from inside the app: ⋯ → **Check for updates**. If you're behind a proxy, download the installer below this once. Docker: `ghcr.io/tashfeenahmed/freellmapi:v0.13.6`. The `latest` tag also points to this release.

Existing keys and profiles are retained. This release has no database migrations.
