- **App screens and docs build code-first.** In blind ratings, generated images of working screens and documents scored well below code builds of the same brief, and often looked unfinished. Those surfaces now skip the image comp. Landing pages and showcases keep the build path you chose, and the toggle on the decision page still flips a single round.

- **Choose from sketches, not boxes.** On a code-first round, each card shows a quick HTML sketch of the first screen, drawn as a skeleton so you judge layout, palette and type without proofreading placeholder copy. Click a sketch to open it as written. Phone and native surfaces are sketched at the device's screen size.

- **Live Mode works on Astro 7.3.6 and later.** Accepting a variant no longer makes the dev server throw a 500, and on older Astro versions the page's own styles no longer go stale after an accept.
