Models previously set aside due to refusal wording are now kept in rotation.

Upgrade Notes

Existing keys and profiles are retained with no database migrations required. Desktop users can update via the Updates panel or use the Docker tag `ghcr.io/tashfeenahmed/freellmapi:v0.13.3`.
