This release delivers three bug fixes affecting configuration validation, the dependency dashboard, and the GitHub Actions manager. Pattern-based `allowedValues` are now supported for `patternMatch` options, dashboard checkboxes are ignored in silent mode, and `actions.lock` is properly relocked when regenerated.
