What's New

Upgrading requires re-running the installation loop to accommodate the new `references/` file structure.

Breaking Changes

  • The agent-deck skill is now split into `SKILL.md` and `references/` files; re-running the installation loop is required.

New Features

  • New `inbox peek` and `inbox stats` commands for inspecting pending records.
  • New `[inbox]` config section for per-conductor overrides.
  • New `group_sort = 'alphabetical'` option for ordering sessions.
  • Remote sessions now nest under parents in the controller's TUI.
  • Web UI now supports recall annotation hints and tags.

Improvements

  • Faster TLS handshakes in the older release (2.11.7).
  • Unix sockets now close immediately and unlink files on reload.
  • Headers handler now sends multiple `Set-Cookie` values as separate fields.
  • `caddy fmt` no longer deletes an opening brace at the end of input.
  • `agent-deck health` now reports `open_fds_support` status.

Bug Fixes

  • `conductor setup` re-run no longer resets the agent to claude if `--agent` is omitted.
  • Status persistence for non-Claude tools (pi, gemini, cursor, hermes) is now fixed.
  • Codex session send no longer reports false 'never confirmed' errors.
  • Light theme preview pane remapping now works correctly for tools like OpenCode.
  • macOS descriptor sampling now works correctly.

Upgrade Notes

Re-run the installation loop to ensure the new `references/` files are present. Note that `[launch] nest_under_parent` is off by default, so sub-sessions will remain top-level unless explicitly enabled.
