What's New
Cognitum Spaces goes live with tenant-scoped spatial memory and OAuth-only access, replacing prior credential-based integration.
Breaking Changes
- Contributor CLI/MCP integration is now OAuth-only: tokens, API keys, arbitrary origins, and credential paths are no longer accepted as tool input.
- MCP callers must hold an explicit `credential-use` grant, so existing MCP workflows without that grant will be rejected.
- Spatial reads for sites, buildings, floors, spaces, zones, entities, events, and alerts are now strict and tenant/workspace-scoped, which can hide data previously visible under broader credentials.
New Features
- Cognitum Spaces production activation with Authorization Code + S256 PKCE login via `wifi-densepose login --spaces` using `sensing:read spaces:read` scopes.
- Tenant/workspace-scoped spatial memory that preserves provenance and freshness metadata.
- Typed governed-action intents with policy decisions and witness receipts, keeping observation and recommendation separate from consequential execution.
- Published `@ruvnet/ruview@0.5.1` npm package with provenance, plus packaged Cognitum guidance and ADR-325/326/327 documentation.
Improvements
- Release pipeline now reinstalls, tests, packs, claim-checks, and smoke-tests the exact tarball before publishing.
- Access control tightened across spatial read projections, limiting exposure to anonymous entities, semantic events, and alerts.
Upgrade Notes
Migrate any CLI or MCP automation from static tokens/API keys to the OAuth PKCE flow and confirm the `credential-use` grant is issued for MCP consumers. Audit service accounts and integrations that relied on broad spatial reads, since tenant scoping may reduce visible entities, events, and alerts. Review ADR-325 through ADR-327 before enabling governed-action intents in production.
