Upgrade Notes
This is a small forward step from v2400 with no documented breaking changes; the sensing cohort-fusion fix from v2400 remains in place. If you rely on network isolation, review whether the new local advertisement behavior needs to be disabled or firewalled. Update the pinned image digest to the v2403 tag when rolling out.
