v3.42.4 — smart search score semantics fix

This release fixes a bug in SmartRetrieval where the `similarity` field incorrectly displayed a fused ranking score instead of the raw retrieval relevance. The `similarity` field now correctly reflects the raw score, matching the behavior of non-smart searches, while a new `rankingScore` field exposes the fused score. Additionally, 14 regression tests were added to the SmartRetrieval package and MCP handler.
