FlightSQL TLS on the node listener and the coordinator's node dial ([#1045](https://github.com/sipcapture/homer/pull/1045)). Cookie-auth CSRF check now works behind reverse proxies that rewrite `Host` via the new `coordinator.jwt.cookie_trusted_origins` option ([#1047](https://github.com/sipcapture/homer/pull/1047)).
