Главная фича релиза v0.12.0 — интеграция `mtbuddy`, единой утилиты на Zig для установки и управления всем жизненным циклом MTProto прокси. Мы полностью избавились от старых bash-скриптов и Makefile для деплоя. Теперь установка, обновление, настройка DPI и мониторинг выполняются через нативный бинарник без внешних зависимостей.

**Что изменено**

• **Встречайте `mtbuddy`**:
  • **Интерактивный TUI**: Полноценный консольный интерфейс (встроенный прямо в бинарник) для пошаговой настройки: от генерации секретов до включения DPI-модулей (TCPMSS, DRS, desync, маскировка).
  • **Единый бинарник**: Заменяет собой связку `curl | bash + Makefile`. Вся логика генерации `config.toml`, настройки `systemd`, `ufw` и `iptables` теперь написана на типобезопасном Zig.
  • **Автообновления**: Командная утилита `mtbuddy update` (с поддержкой откатов и проверкой совместимости CPU) заменяет ручной процесс сборки.

• **Усовершенствование TUI-движка**:
  • **Стабильный рендеринг**: Движок списка опций и навигации полностью избавлен от глитчей перерисовки в узких терминалах благодаря математически точному расчету переноса строк через ioctl `TIOCGWINSZ`.
  • **Двуязычный интерфейс**: Полная поддержка русского и английского языков в зависимости от локали.

• **Обновление дашборда мониторинга**:
  • Мониторинг теперь так же устанавливается через `mtbuddy setup dashboard`.
  • Дашборд оптимизирован и встроен прямо в установщик.

**What this release addresses**

The highlight of the v0.12.0 release is the introduction of `mtbuddy`, a unified, native Zig utility for installing and managing the entire lifecycle of the MTProto proxy. We've completely retired the old bash scripts and Makefiles for deployment. Installation, updates, DPI configuration, and monitoring are now entirely handled by a dependency-free native binary.

**What changed**

• **Meet `mtbuddy`**:
  • **Interactive TUI**: A full-featured terminal UI (embedded directly in the binary) for step-by-step setup: from secret generation to enabling DPI evasion modules (TCPMSS, DRS, desync, masking).
  • **Unified Binary**: Replaces the `curl | bash + Makefile` pipeline. All logic for `config.toml` generation, `systemd`, `ufw`, and `iptables` configuration is now written in type-safe Zig.
  • **Auto-updates**: The `mtbuddy update` command (featuring CPU compatibility checks and automatic rollbacks) replaces the manual build process.

• **TUI Engine Overhaul**:
  • **Stable Rendering**: The checklist and navigation engine is completely free of redraw glitches in narrow terminals, achieved through mathematically precise word-wrap calculation via the `TIOCGWINSZ` ioctl.
  • **Bilingual UI**: Full native support for both English and Russian based on system locale.

• **Monitoring Dashboard Updates**:
  • The monitoring dashboard is now similarly installed via `mtbuddy setup dashboard`.
  • The dashboard has been optimized and natively integrated.

**Important**

• This major update shifts the deployment mechanism entirely. For new installations, please use the new bootstrap command:
