What's New
Newer CLI release adds Linux bundle compression config and changes RPM default compression to zstd.
Breaking Changes
- RPM bundles now default to zstd compression (requires rpm 4.14+), changing from gzip.
- `DebCompression::Zstd` level is now `Option<i32>` instead of `i32`.
New Features
- Added `bundle > linux > deb > compression` config option.
- Zstd compression for deb/rpm bundles now accepts negative levels.
Improvements
- Bumped CEF to version 154.5.0 in the older release.
- Enabled zstd compression for deb and rpm bundles in the newer release.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed overlay titlebars intercepting mouse events on macOS.
- Fixed app reopening hidden windows after crash or kill.
- Fixed CEF child processes ignoring API version.
Upgrade Notes
The older release focuses on CEF runtime fixes, while the newer release introduces Linux bundle configuration options. If upgrading the CLI, note the RPM compression change requires rpm 4.14+.
