tauri-apps/tauriJul 1, 2026 → Sep 4, 202665 days between releases
What's New
Newer release is a standalone prebuilt macOS CEF helper artifact for tauri-bundler, not a functional successor to tauri v2.11.5
New Features
- Ships prebuilt macOS CEF helper binaries for tauri-bundler at helper revision 8b8b54c0d5316e70.
Improvements
- Consumers of tauri-bundler can use a prebuilt macOS CEF helper instead of building it themselves.
Upgrade Notes
This tag is a helper artifact release on a separate track and does not supersede tauri v2.11.5, so it should not be treated as a core dependency bump. Keep pinning tauri core to the v2.x line and only pull this artifact if your bundler workflow needs the prebuilt macOS CEF helper at that revision. The unmaintained-crate audit warnings noted in v2.11.5 remain unaddressed here.
The Two Releases

This maintenance release focuses on dependency management, specifically unpinning the `time` crate to version 0.3.53 to resolve compilation errors related to the `cookie` dependency.
