Full Release Notes

## [3.0.0-alpha.0]

### Enhancements

- [`84a37feed`](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/commit/84a37feedb6f9c7946a89deff53ad9ab6031cafc) When a captured command fails, include its stderr in the error message.

### Bug Fixes

- [`b30c16623`](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/commit/b30c16623b2b7ee3243815fba9c19879e22e44e5) ([#15778](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/pull/15778)) Respect the `CARGO_BUILD_TARGET` environment variable when resolving the build target, matching Cargo's precedence over `build.target` in `.cargo/config.toml`.

### What's Changed

- [`19929799f`](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/commit/19929799f42398a6e85adb00ae02f2e7fe46d214) First v3 alpha release!

### Dependencies

- Upgraded to `tauri-cli@3.0.0-alpha.0`

### Breaking Changes

- [`1e5ba7b53`](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/commit/1e5ba7b53dfb3da97f372b646f15853e5ba0e1a8) ([#15985](https://www.github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/pull/15985)) The CLI detects the webview runtime (wry, CEF or other) from the `tauri-runtime-wry` and `tauri-runtime-cef` dependencies of the app manifest instead of the removed `cef` feature of `tauri`:

    - The webkit2gtk package dependencies of the Debian and RPM packages and the WebView2 installation step of the Windows installers are only added when the app uses wry.
    - The CEF files, code signing entitlements and macOS dev flow are only used when the app uses CEF.
    - Nothing runtime-specific is done for other runtimes.
    - The app and plugin templates add the `tauri-runtime-wry` dependency and select it with `tauri::Builder::default().runtime(tauri_runtime_wry::Wry::default())`.
