Breaking Changes
- Removed legacy exports: `isASTNode`, `isRuntimeExpr`, `CallNode`, `RuntimeExprNode`, `Statement`, `Token`, `BUILTINS`, `isBuiltin`, `toNumber`.
- `@Name(...)` for non-built-in functions returns null with `unknown-function`.
- Programs without `root` now render blank instead of the first component statement.
- Cut-off output renders blank instead of a partial tree.
