### Changelog

1. Linux apps on WebKitGTK 2.52 or later keep hardware acceleration on both X11 and Wayland, so videos play without crashing and fullscreen keeps the player controls.
2. Windows opened with `--multi-window` and pop-up windows get the same permissions as the main window, so external links, downloads, and notifications work there too.
3. GNOME and other Linux docks match a running app to its launcher, showing the right icon and keeping pinned entries working.
4. niri sessions get native WebKit rendering back, which the 3.17.0 flag change had dropped.
5. Grok quote cards stay inside the content column when the author name is long.
6. `--windows-toolchain gnu` builds keep the required linker flags when `CARGO_ENCODED_RUSTFLAGS` is set.

2. `--multi-window` 打开的窗口和弹出窗口拥有和主窗口一样的权限，外部链接、下载和通知在这些窗口里也能正常用。
3. GNOME 等 Linux 程序坞能把运行中的应用和启动器对上，图标显示正确，固定到程序坞的入口也能正常用。
4. niri 会话重新用上 WebKit 原生渲染，这是 3.17.0 调整参数时丢掉的。
5. 作者名较长时，Grok 的引用卡片不再超出内容栏。
