## New providers

- **BeatAPI decisions:** JEV System One integration for choice, yes/no and score questions, with strict response checks and quota-free credential validation. The catalog adds the two live-tested JEV free routes; these are temporary free offers, not monthly-credit grants.
- **SerpSearch:** web and news search, key management and a no-credit validation probe. Its Free plan includes 1,000 shared requests per month without a card.

## Reliability fixes since v0.16.0

- Decision and search requests honor back-off delays stated in upstream error bodies.
- Retention cleanup now covers decision attempt logs and expired dashboard sessions.

## Catalog delivery

The corresponding signed catalog update adds two decision models and one search engine, with no removals. Premium receives new entries immediately; Free receives them after the existing 30-day delay. Update the app to use the new adapters. No release-gating logic was changed.
