Upgrade Notes
Don't mix 4.x and 6.0 in the same primary/replica set. Upgrade every node in a replication group together. EFFECTS_THRESHOLD is accepted but ignored; use TIMEOUT_DEFAULT and TIMEOUT_MAX instead of deprecated TIMEOUT.
