  Documents with link reference definitions (`[label]: url`) are now kept in a single block, the same way documents with footnotes are, so `[text][label]` resolves instead of rendering as raw text.

- fea4ef5: fix: set `data-*` and `aria-*` props on the root element. They were only forwarded to the Markdown renderer and the blocks, so with the default renderer attributes such as `data-testid` or `aria-busy` reached no element.
