Upgrade Notes
Upgrade all nodes in a replication group simultaneously to avoid mixing engines. Update Docker tags to `latest` or `6.0.0` as Alpine images are removed. Note that `EFFECTS_THRESHOLD` is ignored in favor of the effects-based mechanism.
