Upgrade Notes

Re-run the README curl loop if you installed `agent-deck` manually to get new reference files. The new `nest_under_parent` option is off by default; enable it in config if you want sub-sessions to link to their parents. Use `--archive-destination` with `session switch-account` if you prefer keeping the source copy.
