Upgrade Notes
Run `sudo mtbuddy update`, then `sudo mtbuddy update --force` to install the correct health script. If systemd uses a custom health script, update it or remove the override to use `/usr/local/bin/mtproto-web-health.sh`. No need to configure `public_dir` to work around the previous bug.
