Upgrade Notes
Run `pi install npm:gentle-engram@0.4.0` and `pi-engram init` to apply the upgrade. Existing `gentle-engram 0.3.0` pins are migrated idempotently, preserving unrelated settings and MCP configuration. Note that Engram core 3.3.0 still pins Pi 0.3.0, requiring the explicit install command.
