What's New
Introduces MCP tools, Flows API, and transcript search with breaking API changes.
Breaking Changes
- Placeholder secrets for `INTERNAL_API_SECRET` are now rejected at boot.
- Security headers are stripped by family (`x-user-*`, `x-internal-*`) rather than name.
- `POST /bots` no longer returns the webhook signing secret in the response.
- The agent surface returns 404 instead of 403 when `AGENT_API_URL` is unset.

Upgrade Notes
