Upgrade Notes
Ensure the packaged seal is present, as the LOCAL seal is derived from it. The removal of fast selection means the server will now attempt to verify binary availability at startup, relying on the seal to block network access. Verify that the seal file path (INVISIBLE_SEAL_FILE) is accessible to child processes.
